Ashley Alexandre (she/her)

IAshley welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and supports them in identifying the changes they want to see in their life while helping them realize their fullest potential. She utilizes a strengths-based approach to therapy and prioritizes flexibility in order to meet individual client needs. 

Ashley considers it an honour and a privilege to share space in processing and healing with clients of all cultures, genders, and identities, and she provides a safe and nonjudgmental counselling environment built on empathy and unconditional positive regard. Ashley offers compassion, focused listening and supportive feedback to all clients. 

Ashley offers services both in-person from her office in downtown Victoria, as well as via virtual format.

Stephanie Robertson (she/her)

Through a strengths-based lens, Stephanie's authenticity and compassion support flexible, personalized, and evidence-based treatment. She creates a safe and trusting environment and welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds. Stephanie uses an individualized approach to counselling and has a natural ability to listen with empathy.

Stephanie supports clients in navigating a range of presenting challenges, such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, controlling behaviours (including disordered eating), and overall stress. Stephanie is experienced in applying trauma-oriented modalities and collaborates with clients to achieve clarity, confidence, and overall healing.

Stephanie is continuing her professional training in emotion-focused therapies, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and trauma-oriented and informed modalities.

Stephanie offers services via virtual format at this time.
